A contract must be filed
whenever and wherever you
work.
Working without a contract
makes it impossible for your
union to protect you! All SSDC
Collectively Bargained Agreements
and Special Contracts protect your
property rights, right of first
refusal, and electronic rights. If
you do not file a contract, you are
giving up these rights. If you have
any questions regarding rights
and protections, contact us at
info@ssdc.org

Collectively Bargained Agreements

SSDC has nine Collectively Bargained Agreements (CBAs). Each CBA is bargained by a committee of members with experience in the appropriate arena (e.g., members with experience in LORT negotiate the LORT contract). They negotiate with a group of producers who represent management in that arena. The agreements generally last three to five years, and include terms of compensation, property rights protections, working conditions and the obligations of both artist and employer.

Below are agreement booklets, forms and rates for each Collectively Bargained Agreement.
